By chance I came across my method in 2012, with which I can realize oil paintings with digital image data. This resulted in an analog:digital concept, which I am still pushing forward today.
History
1981 apprenticeship as a stone sculptor with Franco Annoni, Lucerne 1990 learned classical oil painting with pigments and canvas primer in the studio of Peter Hauri Seon From 2005 on he dived into the digital world. My work depicts these two worlds.
The main focus of my work is presented in chronological order:
- 2012 first exhibition with the oil paintings
- 2012/13 I work with Selfies as a picture motive show an analog Facebook
- 2014 Mixed media Digital oil paintings combined with analog print products as time/analog stamps
- 2015 my digital communication expanded
- 2016 Production of even larger pictures
- 2017 realize found App-Selfies, in the manner of modern classic art.
- 2018 from how much alienation does a picture become a work of art in its own right
- 2019 friendly digital Life Streem converted to hanging picture stiffeners
